SELF IMPROVEMENT

Everyone wants to improve oneself. People always want an updated version of themselves. Sometimes some things stop or interfere in improving oneself. But if you follow this blog then you will see yourself in the most updated version.



There are three keys to improve ourselves-


The first thing you need to do is to remove toxicity from your life. Strongly and deeply examine what’s the most toxic thing in your life. Is it your behaviour for others or is it the people around you? After analysing this, you need to work on removing toxicity from your life. There are many ways of doing the same.


In my personal experience, I suggest you guys see where you are feeling most irritated, most disgusting, and most used. And that’s the toxic part we are talking about. Now you should remove them from your life, for doing the same you need to work from the brain not from the heart it’s time for being minded not emotional. Emotional play can also lead you to the path of success. When we talk about relations with someone and if you feel like either relations or the person is getting malignant then you should end this ASAP because this relation will only affect you and somewhere in the back of your mind you are already fed up with this relation. 

There are still reasons for feeling low after cutting them off from your life, so you can try to keep yourself busy in the following ways-

  • If you are a student and you are interested in studies then study damn hard and work smart and show the world who are you. Set a goal and achieve it, challenge yourself!
  • Make money. If you are unemployed, don’t sit and wonder, take that f@cking butt up and find work or find some job. If you are employed go party man! Don’t wait for weekends.
  • Try to work out twice a day. Do some yoga for mental peace.
  • Make new hobbies.
  • Introduce yourself to the world of music. Best therapy ever!

The second thing you need to do is to schedule your timetable. Scheduling your timetable will keep you busy. Make such a timetable that enhances your potential making the day valuable. Which is healthy both physically and mentally.




And the last thing is to love yourself and indulge with family members and loved ones. Being with the people who care about you; will improve you physically and mentally as they only know the truth behind inside and outside you. Ultimately this will lead you to enhancement. Between all this do not forget to love yourself. Loving ourselves is an art and everyone out there needs to learn and practice this art.




On taking all these points personally, they have been proven beneficial. These are helping me to improve myself mentally and physically. 



“If they love you, they will always support you and show you to the right path, no matter what" 
And 
“Happy endings are always with family and your loved ones." 

 

But remember,

You can achieve anything if you want,
You can remove toxicity from your life if you want,
You can keep yourself busy if you want,
You can love yourself and your loved ones if you want,

And, you can improve yourself if you want.
